About ADMC
ADMC, the Association for the Development of Music in Croissy was created on December 20, 1985, as a non-profit association.
Its purpose is to bring music lovers together, both amateur and professional, and to contribute to the cultural life of our town. To this aim, ADMC organizes concerts, promotes cultural activities in connection with these concerts and, generally, cooperates in local cultural events connected with music.
Up to 6 concerts are thus organized each "season", from September to June, with a multi-faceted program to appeal to the largest possible audience. Concerts are given either in Croissy's Parish Church or in the smaller "Chapelle St Léonard" (also called the "old church of Croissy")
Thus, when added to musical events offered by Croissy other musical associations, there is more than one quality musical event organized in Croissy every month.
By becoming a member of ADMC , you will participate in Croissy's musical life, and you will also receive ADMC's Newsletter (La Lettre de l'ADMC) and be offered special rates ("tarif réduit") for our concerts.
Membership for the forthcoming season is of 20€.
As of to-day, there are 70 ADMC members approximately.
How does our association operate ?
Each year in June, a General Meeting ("l'Assemblée Générale") is held, open to all members of the association . It elects a Council ("le Conseil") which in turn nominates a Board ("le Bureau") consisting of the President (le "Président"), the Vice-President, the Secretary and the Treasurer.
For the next season, the members of the Council are :
- Alain Finet, President
- Marie-Thérèse Fabre, Vice-President
- Martine Schuler, Secretary
- Jean-Louis Ibanez, Treasurer
- Bernadette Beurthey, Honorary President
- Pascale Kauffmann
